DLIS E-Archive is a DSpace-based institutional repository of the Department of Library and Information Science (DLIS). It is designed to digitally preserve and organize the scholarly and academic resources of the Department. The repository facilitates easy access to theses, dissertations, research papers, publications, reports, and other academic materials. It supports long-term digital preservation and systematic metadata-based discovery of institutional knowledge. DLIS E-Archive promotes open access, knowledge sharing, research visibility, and scholarly communication within and beyond the University.

DLIS E-Archive Launched as a Digital Knowledge Repository The Department of Library and Information Science (DLIS) has introduced DLIS E-Archive, a DSpace-based digital repository dedicated to preserving and disseminating the Department’s academic and scholarly resources. The repository provides a centralized platform for accessing research papers, theses, dissertations, project reports, conference contributions, presentations, and other valuable academic materials. DLIS E-Archive aims to enhance the visibility, accessibility, and long-term preservation of the intellectual output of the Department. With structured metadata, searchable collections, and convenient online access, the repository will support students, researchers, faculty members, librarians, and other knowledge seekers. The initiative represents an important step towards promoting open access, digital preservation, scholarly communication, and knowledge sharing. DLIS E-Archive will continue to expand its collections and serve as a digital gateway to the academic heritage and research contributions of the Department.
